Yes, each cultivation novel/donghua/manhua uses different cultivation leveling systems, some might use the same but some likes to use different terms. It really depends on the author

Fanren uses Qi Condensation,Foundation Establishment, Core Formation etc

Soul Land uses number for the levels, and a term for once they hit a certain level, like level 90 onwards - titled Douluo
Doupo Cangqiong uses a different system, Dou Shi, Da Dou Shi, Dou Ling etc
Perfect World (Wanmei Shijie) uses Blood Transformation Realm, Heavenly Passage Realm etc

lol the levels were too confusing when I was reading the novel, I tend to write down the names of every novel I read anyway lol so I made a list on notepad as I read the novel, it so happens that I still kept it, so it wasnt a problem to dig it out and translate it

Manhua? No, I dont usually read manhua since manhuas are mostly a variation from the novel, the original source, also it usually removes a lot of content to cater for younger readers (16 years old and below)
In this instance, the manhua chapters being released from the translation team was very slow, so I dropped it

Novel, it is at chapters 138-139
I do not know any English translators that are undertaking this project, since I finished the Chinese novel a while back already

Yes, agree with Dase. I read the manhua a long while back and just a few chapters in the manhua is already past this point in the anime/donghua. The manhua skips or glosses over a ton of stuff that is covered here. Of course I am sure the novel itself has lots more, but I can't read in Chinese.
